Policy

Return Policy:  If an item is damaged in transport or otherwise spoiled upon delivery to the customer, customers are directed to call or email our office.  In such cases, we offer the option to the customer to have us ship another similar item or to refund their money.  Customers do not return items, but simply discard them.
Refund Policy: If a customer is dissatisfied with our product, we will refund their money.
Cancellation Policy: If customers cancel an order before it is shipped, we will refund their money.  If the order has been shipped, the Refund Policy will apply. 
Delivery / Shipping Policy: Our products are seasonal agricultural products.  Orders for such products will be filled and shipped within a week of harvest of such items.  Once the season has begun for a particular product, orders will be shipped via UPS Ground within a week of our receipt of the order.
Privacy Policy: 
We will not sell or share any information we receive from customers with any other person or entity.
